First Wedding Shower

I know it has been awhile since we have blogged, but now as wedding plans are picking up I am sure I will be blogging more. We had our very first wedding shower this past weekend. The shower was Christmas themed and hosted by two great friends Tela and Melea. It went great, and Lee and I recieved just about all of our christmas china, and some other really great gifts! Can t wait to get all of the pictures up. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas

I spoke to my wonderful wedding invitation designer last Thursday. She is very good and if you want something unique just ask and she can produce for a very reasonable price. Anyway Ms Diane has me all excited telling me my invitations are in the mail. SO I rush home Sunday thinking they would be on our door step. No such luck. I checked the tracking # she emailed me and for the invitations to get from somewhere in Canada to Alabama will be like 8 days!!! UGH come on I can t wait to get my hands on them. But oh well they will be here soon enough I guess.

Our Big Adventure

Yesterday Tela and I headed to Auburn to have some sugar sheets printed! That was an adventure in its self. To start off we were running late. Then we get to Kroger and after wating there for an hour they finally tell me they don t know what they are doing. So then we go to Bruno's, who doesn t have a sugar sheet machine at all. But they do tell us to go to WalMart that they have one(I called them last week and I was told Walmarts did not do sugar sheets)anyway after about an hour at WalMart we came home with sugar sheets!!!! It only took us about 4 hours to get 4 sugar sheets.
